Commissioned by the Centre for Performance Research for the journal Performance Research Volume 4, ‘On Cooking’, edited by Richard Gough

Displaying the Sunday Dinner was a collaboration between Bobby Baker and photographer Andrew Whittuck, made in response to an invitation by the Centre for Performance Research to produce a work for their journal on the overlap between performance, food and cookery. The photograph appeared alongside other artists’ pages and included an interview with Baker by Adrian Heathfield. The interview was later reprinted in the Routledge book Bobby Baker: Redeeming Features of Daily Life.
